Established in 1976, Clapham Little League Football is an inclusive and fun football league for boys and girls aged 7 to 13, playing on Clapham Common, London SW4 on Saturday mornings.

Matches, trials  and training are on Saturday mornings at our pitch on Clapham Common Westside from 10am until 12noon. 

​

All boys and girls aged 7 to 13 are welcome to come along and play.

​

There are two divisions in this league the younger players division is called  The Bantams for players in years 3, 4 & 5 and older players division is called The Juniors for players in years 6, 7, & 8.

​

The emphasis is on participation rather than elitism; enthusiasm and endeavour rather than ability. Players are encouraged to develop team spirit, self-discipline and sportsmanship.

We aim to give every single child the chance to play for a football team, which is why we keep our joining fee so low. Currently, there are spaces available for children in all age groups.

​​

There are two leagues catering for two age groups:

​

              - Bantams (boys and girls school year 3, 4 & 5)

              - Juniors    (boys and girls school year 6, 7 & 8)

The trials for this season are still ongoing. There are spaces remaining for squads in all age groups so please contact us if your son or daughter would like to join. We'd be delighted to have them!

​

To register your child you will need to turn up at least 15 minutes before the trial starts to enable you to fill out the code of contact and registration forms.

​

The trials start at 10:00am.

Registration starts at 9:30am.

​

​Games are played:

​

When:   Saturdays only  (September - May)

Where:  Clapham Common, West Side (in front of the petrol station here)

There will be no mid-week training this season.

There are a reasonable amount of spaces for free parking opposite the common and on the side roads.
